“Being a Chef is one of the most rewarding jobs where you use all your senses and express yourself through the food you offer.” Says Chef Charbel Lattouf, who grew up in a Lebanese household and learned at a very young age to appreciate food as a cornerstone of life.
During his schooling, Charbel had the chance to work with Lebanon’s most renowned Chefs, and learn a great deal from them.
After graduating culinary school, he worked at a catering company and then a 5 star hotel for a ten-year period, until he decided to take on his world and move to London where he perfected his skills mastering the most advanced Lebanese culinary techniques in Central London’s famous hotels.
